These Terms explain how you can use InterviewRoomAI. The service is operated by IULIAN ICHIM-UNGUREANU in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. By using the platform, you agree that the laws of England and Wales apply, and any disputes are handled by courts in England.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying customers who access the platform, create an account, purchase credits, or use any interview simulation features.
InterviewRoomAI provides AI interview simulations for learning and practice. Some scenarios, including high-pressure simulations like "Karen Mode", are intentionally intense and critical.
The service is provided for educational, preparation, and training purposes only. It is not professional employment advice, legal advice, medical advice, or mental-health support.
Safety notice: if a simulation causes you distress, stop using it immediately. This platform is not medical or mental-health advice and is used at your own discretion.
By continuing to use the platform, you accept that simulated responses may be strict, confrontational, or emotionally uncomfortable, especially in stress-test scenarios designed to mirror difficult real-world interactions.
Where required by UK/EU consumer law, your statutory rights still apply. Our commercial refund policy is shown clearly before purchase and in your dashboard.
For Basic Sprint and credit boost packs, refunds are based on how many purchased credits you used: up to 3% used = 100% refund, up to 10% = 90%, up to 20% = 75%, up to 30% = 60%, up to 40% = 50%, up to 50% = 40% refund.
For Pro Interviewer and Intensive Boot, refunds use minute bands: 0-3 minutes = 100%, 4-10 = 90%, 11-20 = 80%, 21-40 = 70%, 41-60 = 50%, above 60 minutes = no refund.
Before checkout (subscription or top-up), you must tick a checkbox confirming that you understand and accept this refund policy. Checkout cannot continue without that confirmation.
If you choose the retention offer (permanent 10% discount) instead of refund, your subscription stays active and refund eligibility does not increase or reset.
Any refund, where approved, is issued back to the original payment method used for the relevant Stripe payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
You are responsible for using the platform lawfully. If your misuse of the service causes claims or costs, you agree to cover those losses, including reasonable legal expenses.
You must not misuse the platform, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to bypass account or billing controls, or use the service in a fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful way.
